I meant to let everyone know about this during the code camp but I forgot. Yung Chou, one of Microsoft's Tech Evangelists, is doing an IT camp on Windows Azure at ITT Harrisburg. Here's the link to sign up for a ticket.

Tickets are free. It's this Wednesday at 1 PM. Sorry for the short notice.

I go to a lot of meetings (although this was my 1st one in Harrisburg). I will say the 4 sessions I attended were excellent. I can't stress that enough because normally I am a very tough critic. Kudos to the presenters and the meetup board. You really did a great job.

I went to the site for the free eBook and registered. The only thing I see available is buy a free ebook and get one free. Is there something else needed for the free ebook?

I also have received my book. What a great offer. Thanks Lance.

I also got the book. They asked me to wait 5 days but they did it just one day...#cool The only part I didn't like was that the library didn't include all their collections but rather a limited set...but hey, it's free!

What happened to Doug Finke talking Powershell for Developers? This talk was one of my major justifications to get a bunch of people from my work to come. Attended it a year or two ago and was AMAZED?

I was looking forward to it also.... Doug can't make it to the event this weekend. We will try to get him to one of our monthly events as a regular speaker.

I have see a bunch of these speakers before. All the ones I have seen have been very good. Looking forward to Saturday.

Sorry, to have to miss this special event as I certainly look forward to attend Code Camp every year. Got conflicted with another paid conference. Hope you all enjoy and get tons of knowledge with fun!

Any chance the "So you want to be a .NET programmer - PT I" session can be moved to 10:05 so it doesn't conflict with Bootstrap 3? This would be a great session for a web designer looking to get their feet wet with ASP.NET (assuming it covers ASP.NET rather than Windows apps). A designer would definitely not want to miss the Bootstrap session.

Also, why are there two TypeScript sessions at the same time?

Can you send some details on speakers and content? I know the local Code Camps are always good, but this info will help me get some of the other developers in our shop to attend and maybe join CPNUG.
