I don't remember saying that -- perhaps I was referring to the fact that Nagios has been forked into Icinga and Opsview?

Baron,You had mentioned that you're starting to see more and more people use "something else" other than Nagios for alerting. Was that New Relic, Circonus, other? Sorry..I don't remember : )

Great talk, good info available.
we're lucky to have talent like Baron in town - his aversion to acronyms and affinity for common sense were great - walked away with tools needed to implement or improve both monitoring tools in our production environment.
Really sorry to miss this one, especially as I didn't make the last one, but this week is going to be just too busy with Startup Weekend right around the corner.
