I left the "real job" world at the age of 21 to set out in a career as a fine artist. Then 30+ years later, I took my creativity in a new direction and became an author. Now I'm on a quest for my next entrepreneurial adventure whatever that may be.
If nothing else, an example that you can do it - you can create a product/career for yourself and be successful if you have faith and a passion - hard work helps too :^) I personally have succeeded against the odds so-to-speak and enjoy encouraging others with my story and the blessings I've received doing what I do. In other words, if I can do it, anyone can.
Wisdom, support, fellowship, encouragement, and fun. If you can't have fun, even in business, it's just a job.
I'm a life long resident of the Centre Region - my ancestors came here in 1793. My parents have run a small business here since the 1960s. I myself have been self employed as an artist and author since 1981. I've had to wear all the hats of business.
