Tai Chi Qigong

Tai chi is actually a form of qigong, which is fundamentally a healing art.  The gentle, flowing movements of qigong assist the body in its bioregulation processes, improving all aspects of physiological functioning, including metabolism, circulation, and neurological functioning.  This class focuses on the meditative and health cultivation aspects of tai chi.  Build a solid foundation of health from the bottom up, develop relaxed strength, and relieve stress by attending this class, which takes place every Monday.
