Chakra Healing Arts is a holistic practice for physical, emotional, and spiritual health. We provide mind-body training and chakra and brain education through classes, workshops, and private sessions. Our mission is to increase our health, happiness and peace as individuals; igniting hope and strength to create a more healthy, peaceful, and sustainable world.

A vital part of Chakra Arts philosophy is the idea that great personal growth can be attained through sharing with others.  To this end, we offer several donation-based classes at various locations in the Boulder community, taught mainly by our students who have benefited from their personal practice and want to share.  We are using Meet-Up to share these classes and we hope you will attend!  There is no required payment, but a $5-$10 donation per class goes directly to the instructor and is greatly appreciated.

You will also find special workshops listed on Meet-Up, most of which are held at our studio in Gunbarrel.  These are more in-depth sessions, usually 2.5-3 hours long, which cover various principles of energy, chakras, and mind/body connection and include both lecture/discussion and experiential training.  Workshops are led by Amy, the manager of Chakra Arts Center and a 7-year energy practitioner.  All workshops have a suggested donation of $10-$20.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
