Suffering from depression? You are not alone! The American Medical Association has called depression the "common cold" of mental health and it effects millions of Americans, keeping them from achieving their dreams.
Our group is a small and confidential one, run by a licensed cognitive behavioral coach who has worked with clients and groups for years. This is a different way to deal with depression, by educating members in ways to recognize the triggers that create depressive thoughts and ways to change those thoughts to ones that benefit, instead of harm you.
