Come celebrate the height of spring with Chaos Cooking! As previously featured in the New York Times, NPR, and Edible Brooklyn, gastronomy lovers of all types gather at one place and cook together. Four burners, one oven, and great food. All recipes must be finished and space returned to original condition by the end of the event, while everyone is drinking wine, socializing and eating delicious dishes. There's plenty of room on the 1,000 square-foot deck to BBQ and watch the stars.
Newbies, veterans, and friends all welcome.
We will provide: BBQ, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, salt, pepper, olive oil, blender, flour, and charcoal.
What to bring: Bring the ingredients necessary for everyone to try a little bit of your dish and a bottle of wine or a drink of your choice.
Extra knives, cutting boards, big bowls, cooking utensils, any additional pots and pans, and tupperware to bring any extra food home.
