Workout and help your community!
www.CharityWorkouts.org is a donation only boot camp. 100% of the money raised goes directly to at-risk youth programs in our community. $5 per person is appreciated and you can write it off your taxes! We started in January 2009 and average 20 people per workout.
Note: We are joined by two other groups on Sundays. So even though the Meetup RSVP list may only show 5-7 people, we average 20 people every weekend.

New: I was just interviewed by City Beat magazine and they are writing an article about our workouts in their "Best of 2009" issue in November. Look for it!
Free parking is available on 5th Ave as well as the cross streets in the area. Remember that the metered spots are not free on Saturdays.
What you need:
* Bottled water.
* A small towel for sweat.
* A large towel/mat to keep you clean when we hit the ground for abs.
* A donation for Outdoor Outreach if you like ($5 would be great).
