Let's explore the latest high tech trends, talk about newer smaller cameras, swap tips and techniques, share images, experiences and expectations ... and have fun doing it!

Photography is a graphic art we all enjoy but the "old way" is changing - almost daily. We need to see old things new ways.

Blogging, Podcasts, YouTube, FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr, JOTT and Google are just a few of the new venues popping up every day.

I'm a former USMC photographer, was a staff news photographer with the San Diego Union-Tribune and retired from The Post and Courier. For fun, I go to Blogger meets to put faces on names/sites I blog with. I ALWAYS learn something new.

Photography has been elevated to the nth degree. Let's assure we know ALL the options and decide which suit us best. Some will fit, some will not.

Many of our 100+ members meet on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00pm at a really fine centrally located spot in North Charleston. I'm pleased to have launched this as the organizer and invite you to join us. It's a free membership..
