We are building a new kind of local community: an organized hub of activity to bring people together and help meet their needs—in a contemporary, secular context, free from religious dogma and authoritarian attitudes.

This Meetup group is an avenue for us to reach out to people who use Meetup.com and may be interested in our community. Our main website is http://www.charlestonshcc.org/.

You can also find us on Facebook at  https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/charlestonshcc/.

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
