Would you like some support in navigating the "rough terrain" of infertility while also taking steps to support your mental, emotional & reproductive health? Would you like to connect with other women who know what it's like to walk this road? Then this group is for you!

 

Share in the exchange of wisdom, support & insights with other women experiencing infertility while creating a personal wellness plan to enhance overall well being & reproductive health. Led by certified Health & Wellness Coach (and fellow infertility survivor) Alyson Stonebraker, our groups offer a gentle, yet powerful process for reducing stress, expanding coping skills & emphasizing self care while creating opportunities to learn techniques that support reproductive health. Perfect for those seeking greater balance & peace of mind as they pursue their parenting dreams. 

 

Groups meet twice per month for six sessions. Two standard meeting times are offered in Fall, Winter & Spring: Mondays, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm or Thursdays, 10 am - 12 pm. $150 Registration Fee ($25/session).  Fee covers registration, classroom space, materials, healthy refreshments & one complimentary one-hour individual wellness coaching session.
