Bio
Dani Chesson is a strategy consultant currently engaged in doctoral work at Antioch University. Her research work explores how organizations grow, change, and innovate. Dani has a bachelor’s degree in communications from State University of New York and a master’s degree in business administration from Queens University of Charlotte. Dani is a transplant to Charlotte from New Your City and lives in South Park with her husband, and their two adorable dachshunds Redd and Chloe. In her spare time Dani enjoys travel and photography.

Today, we live in a world where at your fingertips is the power to access information. While this access benefits us in many ways, this access also presents a problem for both consumers and marketers. Consumers are inundated with so much information they become overwhelmed. Markets having an abundance of information about consumers become victims of analysis paralysis. How can markets cut through the clutter and connect with customers?
