I ran for a few years, then stopped when I became pregnant with my son. I need to run again, though, and I'd like some accountability.
I would like to start with a 3-4 mile run, and build myself back up to half-marathon distance.
Yes, in stages. Stage 1: I run a mile straight; stage 2: I run 5Ks again; stage 3: half marathon. I'd like to run a half-marathon in about 6 months to a year from now.
