Charlottesville Foodie Meetup

This is a group for anyone that loves food. Charlottesville Foodie Meetup group will try out the great places to eat in the area. We may have some dinner parties, try out or exchange recipes, explore different types of food, and take tours. The group was started because of our mutual appreciation for great and interesting food, and we would love to share and explore with others that feel the same.
Our meetup guidelines: \

1. Show up if you are on the RSVP list. Our hosts rely on accurate numbers to make reservations and hold spots. We understand that plans change. If so, please contact the host and change your RSVP. It's only polite. After three no-shows you automatically can't sign up for anything, and we don't want that to happen! \
2. Be nice to everyone! We all come from different backgrounds and a lot of us don't know each other. Please be respectful of people's differences and don't continue conversations that may cause controversy and hurt. \

3. No solicitation. We love supporting small businesses as you will be able to see. We do ask that you not Market your business to the group as a whole. If you have an idea please contact the organizers .
   4. Please consider joining with member dues of $5 a year to help cover the $200 yearly meetup fee. You can pay with cash at a meetup or via Pledge donation at https://www.meetup.com/charlottesville-foodies-meetup/. Put Foodie Group in the notes and your dues will be recorded.
   4. We would love you to get involved more! If you have a place you want to go to let us know and we can post it. If you've come to the group a few times we'd be happy to have you post as an event organizer. The more the merrier!
