Object Discovery using CRC Cards - Kevin Rutherford

Object modelling is hard. It's not easy to find the objects, and it's not even easier to give them meaningful responsibilities and interactions. CRC cards -- invented by Kent Beck and Ward Cunningham -- help to solve these problems using role play.

In tonight's workshop we will work in small groups to find an object model for a well-known problem domain, using CRC cards. There will also be some improv theatre.

A stimulating introduction to a lesser-used tool for software design. Well worth attending. Thanks Kevin for coming and presenting.

Excellent. Thanks to Kevin, very interesting and well thought through activities, and generally a great insight into the way we should be doing oop.

I'm going to be in London or I would have tried to make this. I highly recommend Kevin's CRC card sessions to everyone else though!
