The talk is by anther Chester Dev - James Tryand.
CQRS is the both an architectural style & umbrella term for a collection of techniques and principals that emerged from the banking sector, for applying Domain Driven Design to produce maintainable and extensible software.
This is an introductory session aiming to cover what it is & how it may differ from more traditional n-tier architectures, what the advantages are and how it may be applied in real life (and my experiences with it if we get time for it).
