Why are you interested in biohacking?

Our bodies are incredible machines. Optimal health is achievable through means of turning on/off switches in our bodies - whether they're genes passed down in family, or environmental factors - and it's fascinating how with using natural tips & tricks, we can turn ourselves into wonderful, optimally-performing super-humans.

What experiments/biohacks have you tried?

4-hour-body, Ketogenic / LCHF, cold showers, bulletproof coffee, night blue-blocking sunglasses for better sleep, less working out for fitness, etc.

What's one biohack you've been wanting to try?
