For everyone who finds themselves "in between" jobs, you are not alone!
You need to take a break from stressing out over it. Breathe, stretch out, and meetup with other talented, smart, creative people who are rowing in the same boat.
In Between Yoga is a weekly "pay what you can" meetup group for yoga, tea, and socialization @ Infuse Yoga Spa in Lincoln Park. We meet 3 times weekly: Mondays from 11am-12:15pm w/ Dawna, Wednesdays from 7-8:30am w/ Jennifer, and 2-3:15pm on Thursdays w/ Andrea for stress-relieving, empowering yoga appropriate for all levels of experience (even none)!
"Pay what you can" means exactly that. Please be mindful in your decision. When you're feeling stretched to the limit, give less... when you're feeling abundant, give more.
Our goal is to create a support network in order to enable you to use this "free time on your hands" to your advantage and improve your well being physically, mentally, and energetically.
