COST: The group is free. If so moved, you may contribute $10 - $15 to support Myra’s work.

TIME: Arrival: 6:50 pm | Group practice: 7-9:30 pm. To respect everyone’s time and protect the group flow we kindly request that you arrive before 7 pm.
