You do not need cash to be a real estate investor. There is so much that goes into the deal. For example, if you know the distressed seller, then that is gold! Please come prepared to invest something you see in the pie chart, and we'll make money. You will get equity in the deal for bringing to the deal what you see in the pie chart below.

We have several possible deals on the radar. We will meet to discuss them, buy one or more, and do the deal. We can certainly socialize and have a blast (required actually), but we WILL move at least one deal forward in a significant way.
