Hopefully everyone is ready for another installment and gathering of Chicago's PHP Community. Ifbyphone (http://public.ifbyphone.com/) has kindly offered up their office as a venue. Here is the agenda:

6:30PM-7PM: Presenter Robert Allen of Ifbyphone will be offering up a presentation on ReST service via RFC-2616
7PM-7:30PM: Lightening talks, questions and announcements
