Enjoy dazzling sunsets on Lake Michigan (or in Montrose Harbor) while engaged in profound MEDITATION ... on a beautiful, safe, big sailboat -- captained by a commercial architectural tour-boat captain (Navy Pier) who maintained a professional holistic healing practice in California (Esalen Institute and SF) and has written 3 books regarding holistic psychology and energetics. The boat is located in beautiful Montrose Harbor. If weather cooperates, sail in silent meditation for 2 hours, with a few moments of holistic instruction. If weather doesn't cooperate, meditate dockside.  You will benefit physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually from this experience . . . .
