The “HID Prion” and how to defend against it + Free Beer and Pizza

In this presentation Michael Atkinson, CCIE will talk about defending against the Hacker Interface Device (HID), Prion.  Included in his presentation will be suggestions and solutions for technology-based prevention, policy-based prevention, and technology-based detection.  There will also be a Q + A session following the presentation.  As with all of our events, free beer and pizza will be provided.

 

Michael is a Principal Network Security Consultant at RKON Technologies, a market leading provider of IT, Network, and Security infrastructure solutions, support and managed services.  Michael has a broad range of experience including (but not limited to) implementation, project management, security policy, network design, and troubleshooting.  He holds his CCIE in Security as well as his CISSP
