Widgets, Plugins & Themes oh my!

We got through quite a bit of the dashboard last month, so this month we're going to finish it off by taking a closer look at all the goodies under Appearance. We will talk about how to find and install a plugin, what the heck a widget really is and change the look of our site in one fell swoop with a theme change.
