To kickoff this years seasonal Golf Outing series we are going to start a new tradition and partner up with a cool non-profit organization called "Fathers Eve (http://www.fatherseve.com)" started by a friend of mine, John Francis who is also organizer for one of our newest launched Twin Cities Dads Group (Minneapolis/St Paul) which is now the 23rd City Dads Group across the country.

Back by popular demand we are going to back to the Golf Center Des Plaines for some food/drinks and most importantly to GOLF!

This place has a fully lighted 9-hole golf course open til midnight, sports bar and a multi level automatic driving range.

Were going to set the start time for 8:30 PM where we will first meetup in the sports bar for a drink and get the conversation started while we wait for everyone to show up and then about 9:00pm we will head outside to play a round of golf! Then after golf and if the bar is still open we can go back and have another drink or two before we call it a night. And most importantly we can plan our next golf outing date/time/which course!

For those of you non golfers out there who would just like to join us here for some drinks, you are more than welcome to do so, please RSVP and meet us in the bar. Last year we had several guys just come for food/drinks and stayed there til the place closed while another group went to play some golf.

FYI ~ This course does not reserve tee times and is completely on a first come first serve basis and from our experience we should not have a problem getting on the course that late in the evening. So dependig on how night goes and when we want to play, we will!

If the weather is not favorable to play outdoors, then we will continue to meet at the sports bar for a well deserved Dads Night Out and then possiby go to the covered driving range instead of golf.
