Post Prohibition Chicago: Whiskey and Beer Startups Share Stories and Pour

In 2008 Koval became the first post-prohibition distillery in Chicago. Since then others have followed, to now make up a thriving beverage startup scene in Chicago.

At this event, they'll be sharing their stories (and pouring some of what they've been working on. Our speakers/pourers include:
