Vegetarian Cooking Demonstration

Please join us for a free Vegetarian Cooking Demonstration provided by Carol Stream Public Library to educate the Carol Stream Community about vegetarian cooking.
Registered Dietitian, Eric Sharer, MPH, RD, LDN, from Sharing Nutrition and ChicagoVeg will be conducting a vegetarian cooking demonstration. In addition to Registered Dietitian, Eric is a culinary expert who is dedicated to promoting and embracing the health benefits of a plant based diet for disease prevention, treatment, and optimal health. Eric will demonstrate how to cook and prepare vegetarian food and he will discuss the health benefits of a vegetarian diet. Attendees will be able to sample the vegetarian dishes Eric prepares and recipes will also be distributed.
The demo will be completely vegan (no animal products at all).
