Workflow: using Git and Drush to manage local development, test, and live sites

This meetup will be in two halves:
- A demonstration of how to manage a website using local local and remote tools to maintain code, databases, and files and to collaborate with others.
Git will be used to manage local code and move targeted code to a test or live environment
Drush will be used to perform Drupal-specific local and remote maintenance tasks.
Mysql will be used to perform local and remote database tasks.
Rsync will be used to perform remote file management tasks.
The demonstration will either be done in a Linux or Mac command-line environment. Results will be demonstrated using conventional browser.
