Walk Description:

A great deal of scenery is covered on this walk from the river at Henley to the great views over the Thames valley on the ridges walking up towards Stonor through Lower and Middle Assendon. The final leg of the walk takes in more great scenery and woodland tracks with some curiosities such as the ruined Church of St James (abandoned in 1875), before returning back to Henley.
