The NCTA Star of the North chapter is going to start building new trail in the Chippewa National Forest to eliminate a road walk along Highway 6 north of Remer. This trail will eventually connect with new trail the Arrowhead chapter has been working on. This work trip will include clearing trees in a corridor that is currently flagged and creating new trail tread. Hand tools will be used for this work and training will be provided. Come join the group for one day or all three (Thursday-Saturday). Safety gear will be provided as well as breakfasts and suppers if you are camping.
