National Trails Day: Lunch, Party & Celebrate!

The Itasca Moraine Chapter is celebrating National (Hiking) Trails Day, Saturday, June 7th. Meet at Lake 21 at 11:30 AM. Bring your lunch, Chrystal Life Lemonade is provided. There is a shelter, latrine, picnic tables and a public access. Feel free to bring your canoe or kayak. A hike is planned for the figure 8 loop trail around Nelson Lake and Lake 21. To get to Lake 21, get on the Gulch Lake Trail system from HWY 64 just south of the Forrest Edge Winery or from east of Lake George on HWY 91 south from HWY 200/71. Lake 21 is well signposted.
