Hollywood Park Casino Presents the Chipburner Poker Group

Robert "Chipburner" Turner organized the CPG so you can have fun in learning to play poker. He is mentioned in Dan Harrington's NLH Book as one of the top three No Limit Hold'Em players in the world. He gives seminars, workshops, & one-on-one coaching to any group or individual to improve their game.

We meet every Tuesday at 6pm in the HPSTV studio on the 6th floor of Hollywood Park Casino to discuss poker with Turner or his guest. After this we play a HORSE cash game and/or NLH SitNGo.

Robert's newest project is World Team Poker, which is the exciting new paradigm for tournament poker that features the world's top players battling each other in international competition. Teams of five players will be captained by poker superstars representing their countries. World Team Poker features a unique format that combines the concept of team poker with the thrill of international competition to create an event that could be compared to the "Olympics" or "World Championships" of poker.
