A Discussion of Biblical Equality Basics

You don't need a seminary degree to understand how the Bible supports the equality of women and men in ministry and in marriage. At our next Meetup, we'll begin to examine the main arguments that are used for and against equality. For example, what implications are there in the creation account that affect gender relations? And what about those words in 1 Timothy 2, "I do not permit a woman to teach"? We will take a look at these passages and have plenty of time for questions and discussion.
