In 1994, I was diagnosed with RSD / CRPS and am a person living with Chronic Pain who enjoys helping and sharing with others. This groups follows the guidelines set forth by the American Chronic Pain Association. The groups main focus is to help each other transition from "Patient to Person". The ACPA has a book called "First Steps" which is a workbook and a great tool in guiding us through our recovery.
We are looking for members who live with Chronic Pain and are interested in sharing their story, experience, and coping skills. This group is only open to those living with chronic pain and/or their family members. We are offering support and education through sharing and spreading awareness about chronic pain.
