Potential Event Organizers Meeting

Alrighty - - - - I think it's time! We have a lot of potential organizers "attending" this non-existent meeting; so obviously I need to make it an ACTUAL meeting.

How about next Sunday evening? 6:00pm? Tachikawa station? Pick a restaurant at the top of one of the department stores?
