Stu is bringing some code to walk through for a simple Java-to-R-and-back interface he developed in 2009.

Also, a discussion topic was suggested on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) as a topic. No responses to that suggestion appeared, but if you have thoughts on STEM events in our region, please bring your thoughts to the meeting.
