Working with Spark's GraphX libraries

Beat the summer heat and join us for a fun filled evening exploring graph processing and Spark's GraphX library. Once again, IlluminationWorks has graciously offered to host our meeting and provide pizza.

Agenda:

6:00 - 6:30 - Social Hour - Pizza and Drinks

6:30 - 7:30 - Doug Needham from IlluminationWorks will be presenting on graph processing and Spark's GraphX package. This will include among other things: an overview of graph processing in general and work he did with GraphX as part of the Cloudera Data Science Challenge.

7:30 - 8:00 - Discuss people's experience with the Edx's Spark course, open discussion, etc.
