Andrea Torrice: Trees in Trouble - a documentary film about America's urban forests and how to protect them
Trees in Trouble is a new half hour documentary film that explores the threats to our native trees from invasive insects, and how we can protect them for future generations. The film focuses on the SW Ohio region, and incorporates rare archival photographs as well as stunning cinematography. It is produced by award winning PBS producer and Cincinnati based filmmaker Andrea Torrice
Andrea Torrice is an award winning documentary filmmaker and journalist whose work spans a range of contemporary issues. Her career started 20 years ago with PBS. In addition to public television, she has produced for Sundance Channel, Learning Channel, National Geographic World channel, museums and educational institutions.
