Come join us at Paycor (http://www.paycor.com/)'s beautiful new headquarters for a story about the inception of a cherished local tradition, the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon (http://flyingpigmarathon.com/). The Marathon, which has raised more than $12 million for participating charities over the past 16 years, has its 17th annual run on May 3, 2015.
Bob Coughlin (https://www.linkedin.com/in/bobcoughlinpaycor), Paycor Founder and CEO, will share with us how the spark of an idea turned into a first event and then grew to what it is today, in an iterative, lean-startup way.
