What we’re about
City Life Drawing is a group that meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the Sol Art Gallery on Dawson Street in Dublin 2.
The group began in 2010, the idea was to provide a space where people could practice their life drawing in a relaxed environment. This is is not a classroom and there are no tutors: You draw whatever way you like using whatever materials you like.
After each session we, informally, review each others' work and then generally go for a drink in a local bar.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and it is a great place to meet new people. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience or ability.
Pencils, paper and drawing boards are provided (if needed!) along with tea and biscuits, each session costs €10
Take care and let me know if you have any questions,
Jim
