Welcome to the Cleveland 9.12 Project

Meet up with Clevelanders who are participating in the 9-12 Project inspired by nationally syndicated talk show host, Glenn Beck. We are one of hundreds of 9.12 projects across the country, and we work closely with the Cleveland Tea Party Patriots.

9.12 stands for the unifying love of country that Americans felt on September 12, 2001; if you believe in at least 7 of the following 9 principles and all 12 values, then we have something in common:

The 9 Principles
1. America Is Good.
2. I believe in God and He is the Center of my Life.
3. I must always try to be a more honest person than I was yesterday.
4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.
5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.
6. I have a right to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, but there is no guarantee of equal results.
7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.
8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.
9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

Cleveland 9.12 members marched with OVER 1.2+ million patriots on Sept. 12, 2009 in Washington, DC. One of the best parts of participating in the 9.12 project is discovering that you are NOT ALONE. Many of your neighbors love this country and its founding principles as much as you do. Our chapter has over 200 members; when we first met in March 2009, we had less than 25. Together, we can fight off pessimism by finding ways to take our country back.
