  “I'm testing a theory. My dog, Kenya, is an SPCA mutt, a stray. I think she's lab/ridgeback, but I know nothing about her first 2 or 3 years. But she's a scent hound and a hunter. I want to be able to let her off-leash in an off-leash park!”
