End of Year Evaluation & 2014 Goal Setting

Details
What?
What did your clinical operations team do really well in 2013? What development goals have you set for your department in the first half of 2014?
Come join us for a facilitated session where everyone will contribute to the discussion. Each individual will participate and the group will choose three topics for collective brainstorming. Come prepared with topics that interest you (Risk-Based Monitoring, Adaptive Trial Design, Patient Recruitment & Retention, CTMS or other interesting clinical trial technologies, ePRO, etc.). Feel free to show off a little and share generally what you achieved this year. Any obstacles or struggles you want to share with the group? Any don't miss conferences your team will be attending in 2014?
Who?
Hear about pilot programs by your ClinOps Peers. Be more efficient next year and gather inspiration for your non study-specific goal-setting from a variety of participants.
Real Staffing has sponsored this event for us. We have invited Senior Clinical Operations managers who work in drug development. ClinOps Pros from device and diagnostics will also be present. All levels and all phases of clinical development are welcome.
When?
This event will be held on Wednesday, December 11th, after work. Time for Networking will be provided from 6-6:30. The facilitated brainstorming session starts promptly at 6:30. Please make every effort to be on time as we will start and end each breakout session with timed precision. If we run short on time, we can easily regroup after the first of the year for another ClinOps Toolkit meetup in the Spring.
Where?
This event space has been provided by Veeva eTMF. Register now for the location and details. Let's meet in their beautiful downtown San Francisco workspace for our wrap-up meetup for the year. Parking is quite limited in the evenings and expensive so please consider taking the BART.
Register in advance as space at this event is limited to 30 attendees. The building security will require a list of first and last names for all attendees.
Why?
For fun, of course! At the ClinOps Toolkit meetup, you'll interact with other solution-minded ClinOps Pros. We can exchange great ideas for operating clinical trials all in a safe and confidential session. You will never be asked to disclose any proprietary or private information but you will look like a superstar in front of your team when you return to work with so many great ideas for 2014.
Hope to see you there - RSVP now!
