What we’re about
Love to road bike and would love it even more if you had friends riding with you? Biking to us is fun, social and a chance to stay fit.
Must haves:
• Sense of humor
• Road bike
• Helmet
• Knowledge of speed and ability (that is, how fast you can ride in terms of mph, how far you can go in terms of miles, how well you can follow route cue sheets, and what types of hill grades/elevation you can handle )
• Hydration (water, sports drink, etc.)
Our group is diverse in that we welcome not only the newer cyclist, but also folks who are more experienced and love riding in a group setting. Ride postings indicate start location, average speed expected, distance, and other pertinent information. Set your email updates to "on" in order to receive ride notifications.
It's your responsibility to read the ride posting to understand whether you'll be able to maintain the suggested speed range as well as the mileage. Questions about specific rides can be directed to the ride leader.
Ride At Your Own Risk; remember, safety comes first. We will not be held accountable for any accidents or injures that may occur during any of these rides.
By signing up for the Clip In and Ride Cycling Group Meetup announcements, and/or coming out to a Clip In and Ride Cycling Group ride - you are agreeing that Road Cycling is dangerous, and that Clip In and Ride Cycling Group ride leaders are not to be held responsible for your safety or the actions of other riders.
Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you have proper clothing for cycling.

## Details
Join us for our weekly, Saturday Club Ride from Tanglewood Park (Near Dog Park).
Each Saturday, weather permitting we will ride from Tanglewood Park. These rides are friendly, inclusive rides for road riders of all levels.
We will have ride leaders for each route to make sure everyone is safe and accounted for.
The rides are "NO DROP" and will regroup at major turns or as designated by the leader. We will obey all traffic laws.
Speeds will be around 14-17mph average with riders organizing by their desired pace.
It is expected that riders will be courteous and helpful to each other and never leave anyone alone on the road.
As the summer progresses we may add some milage for those who want more of a challenge.
Helmets and lights on your bike are required. We may have SAG available at some rides but each rider need to be prepared.
Routes will be posted each week in the details or discussion.
Weather is always a concern and you need to check the discussion for updates or you can call Clemmons Bicycle or Crossroads Cycling Company for assistance.
