Ride For Shalom (Postponed)
Details
The Shalom Project serves area families by offering a free medical clinic, a food pantry and clothing closet, and a weekly community meal. The Peters Creek Community Initiative is another of its programs.
Preregistration closes May 15. The individual fee is $35. Day of ride registration is $45. Register online at www.theshalomprojectnc.org. Or contact The Shalom Project 336-721-0606. The email is theshalomproject@gmail.com.
The three routes of 25-45-60 miles will take riders on western loops in and out of Forsyth County. The 45 and 60 mile options take riders on a scenic route through Northern Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, and Yadkin counties.
This ride is well-supported and includes a lunch at the conclusion.
