PLEASE, PLEASE...do not RVSP to this event unless you are sure you can make it.  We have limited space and this meetup will fill up quickly.

Make sure you have a first and last name on your profile or google will reject it and you will not be put on the list.

Thanks everybody!

See you in a few weeks,

Second time I've see Rich speak at Clojure-NYC and once again I left with a ton to think about. I'm looking forward to trying out ClojureScript!

Rich's talk on ClojureScript was extremely interesting and quite exciting. I think it is a very logical next step for the Clojure language and community.

Rich Hickey made a splash with his announcement of ClojureScript. Clojure compiled to JavaScript.

Does anyone have a lapel microphone they can bring? Either wired or wireless is fine, as long as we can plug it into a Macbook. Not essential, but will help the simulcast have better audio.

As before, the location says "Google, 8th Ave Entrance" but lists the address on 9th Avenue. Do we know which one it is?

I had to remove the people who did not have a first and last name on their profile from RSVP and waiting list, so some of you on the waiting list should be able to get in now.

Do you mean to have signups "close" on July 19? Currently you can't RSVP *until* July 19th.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
