Are you a hard-working individual? Do you like to unwind after work with a few drinks at a local pub or restaurant? Looking for exciting venues to do it in and interesting people to do it with? Well join the club!
The Cocktail Club is a social networking group of friendly, genuine, sociable, happy and fun loving professionals wanting to mingle and meet other interesting professionals in the Memphis area. 
The Cocktail Club looks to offer responsible grown-ups who still like to have a good time the opportunity to meet, mingle and socialize, all while enjoying their favorite cocktails. Meet other fun, interesting professionals in the Memphis areas over cocktails. Do you like martinis, cocktails, a glass of wine or beer while meeting other fun single people in the area? Then Join us!
The Cocktail Club is open to everyone who wants to create new friendships. Our group meets a few times each month over drinks and/or dinner. Most of our activities take place in Memphis and the surrounding cities where the locales are carefully chosen to minimize cost and maximize fun. We're always on the lookout for intoxicating places with unique environments that offer something special! Most of our members are in their late 30's or 40's, but we welcome anyone who can keep up.
Members will receive invites to happy hours, private parties & tastings, dinner events and charity functions. Our events are free to attend! You are only responsible for the food and or drinks that you order. Get out of the house, meet new people, and join the fun!
We generally host two types of events:
Our " Casual Cocktail " events, are where we meet for a happy hour event over cocktails. These events are bigger in size and are a fun way to meet a large number of interesting people.
Our “ Dinner ” events, are where we schedule a monthly dinner for up to 12 people to share a meal. The idea is to have a more intimate setting with a smaller group providing each person the opportunity to socialize with everyone in attendance.
Have you ever been to restaurant with great atmosphere or unforgettable views, a fun downtown venue or had memorable experience in the local corner bar? Maybe the waiter wore a great costume, a group of patrons sang a popular song at the bar, the bartender kept you in stitches, or the locals just made you feel at home? These are the places and atmospheres we search for and try to meet at. 
Guess what? There will be no agenda, no formality and no name tags! We're a very laid back and friendly group and you'll never feel like an outsider.
We won't scold you if you RSVP and do not show as I know we all have busy lives and last minute things or just our mood changes. It's life, We've all been there. Although, it will be much appreciated if you could keep your RSVP as accurate as possible, even if it's at the last minute as it helps the venue to know how to staff and stock up.
Since we are all responsible grown-ups, please know yours and the law's drinking limits and if you must go over, please do not drink and drive. Taxis are much cheaper than breaking the law, less embarrassing and safer for everyone!
