Solidify plans for June 1 Hack for Change event!

The goal: get a more solid plan for the event that we can then tell potential participants / sponsors about.

Folks at the City of Seattle are willing to help with promotion/organizing and tentatively offered space in City Hall for the event.

If people need a different time/day, don't be shy. We can make revisions.
