The weekly civic hacking night is a chance for you to spend time working on the civic application you've been meaning to work on. Need a project to work on or have an idea that you'd like help with? Attend to meet like-minded folks looking to team up on projects.
Help with http://SeattleWiki.net , work on your own Seattle-oriented project and learn about the state of Seattle's civic technology. Check out our list of local projects (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Ao0MEp85bWtGdEJ6alJDUWptTTlNbnN1TC03d1NMNlE&usp=drive_web#gid=0) to get a sense of what attendees are already working on.
Who should attend:
Technologists, designers, urban planners, journalists, and anyone interested in civic engagemen & technology. Not a coder? Attend to learn programming or get involved other ways!
What you'll need:
Please bring a laptop (or be prepared to team up with someone that has a laptop, or work on projects that don't require a computer).
How to find us:
We'll be in the 2nd Triangle. Go up the stairs or the elevator and head over to the triangle area of the building. You'll see signs.
