Ash Roughani: City of Sacramento RAILS Grants

The City of Sacramento's new Rapid Acceleration Innovation and Leadership in Sacramento (RAILS) (http://www.cityofsacramento.org/RAILS/index.html) grant program will inject $1 million into Sacramento's startup community this year. Applications are open right now, through July 22.
